Eligibility Information and Requirements

Eligibility forms must be generated using your official
team roster. Your team rosters should be submitted to www.mcla.us/admin.

Once players have been entered and your first eligibility form is printed, your roster
will be "locked". (Do not print out your eligibility form until
your team roster is complete.)
Additions to the roster after this time will have to
be directed to your Division Eligibility Chair. Addendum roster forms will be
available on the site listed above. These player's data will be held in a non-visible
queue until their eligibility is certified by fax to your Division Chair. Once
certified, these names will appear on your website team roster.
Teams may deactivate
a player at any time but may not reactivate a player unless your Division Chair is contacted
and your request is approved.

Regular Season: Eligibility Forms faxed to Eligibility
Chair 14 to 7 days before first game; original to CCLA Director (Owen
Blank) for archiving.

Second Eligibility check must be conducted by each conference.
Deadline for second Eligibility form is March 24th. Each team must keep a copy
for their records and submit original to CCLA Director (Owen
Blank) for archiving.

Post Season: Eligibility
Forms faxed to Eligibility Chair at least 5 days prior to 1st conference playoff game;
original sent to CCLA Director (Owen
Blank)
for archiving.
